Hey guys! I know it seems I've abandoned this place, but really I had no intention of doing that. As some know, I and my fellow Caribbean family are still in recovery mode since those two cat 5 storms ravaged us. Especially me, now that I'm considered one of the 2,000 people still without power/electricity and rooftops. Slowly and surely things are being fixed/restored, but not for me right now. My family are on a house hunt as we speak and my folks have settled for one that seems to be the cheapest out of the lot. Quiet and nice, great view, but pretty windy. Hopefully this new hurricane season leaves us alone and allows us to fully rebuild our islands. Yet this new place seems safer. I'll have my own room again and hope to get back to my art ASAP! Of course I spent less time here since I got a new job in Dec 2016, but I was still able to produce art. So I can say for a fact that its the storms that threw me completely off balance. Even so, I have been visiting this site whenever I could to advertise the pieces that I do have up for sale on my etsy page: etsy.com/shop/tgreenaway .

Still have a few left, if you want to help support me in making a living where in the Caribbean costs are just rising to survive. 

Anyway, when it comes to POSTING NEW ART here, I sure do miss it. I have definitely been MIA. Please Pray that I can return as an active member and even get to become a core member too! So my page would be looking a lot prettier than it does now. I cant afford to even pay for regular service here because I need every penny to pay bills and live. I know it's been a while since I last posted a drawing or even entry here. I'm sure many of you know about the hurricanes. My roof was torn off from Irma and Maria just made the down stairs one room apartment the 4 of us crammed in even more wet and leaking three months later...
We have to move again even though we already did 8 months ago! It's tough dealing with the after math of these storms and the fact I was able to save most of my art for sale and even still sell one of them is a miracle!
I thank God for you all who stick by me and still encourage me with your feed back. I had purchased a print from this website this past August and sold it to a principle of my old school. Soon after that bad things after bad things started to happen. If it wasnt the storms it was someone I know dying. It's been a rough 2017 for a lot of us and I'm sure art is what makes it all worthwhile and keeps us motivated to keep on going. Art helps me escape the stresses of life and all it offers here in this mess on earth and it reminds me of the beauty we can find, maybe not outside, but within. So stick with me and when I get re-located and adjusted again, I may have some new pieces for you! Stay tuned!

Hey all my deviant followers! I am hoping to come to you with art MORE OFTEN! I know you've grown tired since I haven't spent much time on here lately. I hope to reignite my presence here. Hopefully gain more followers, feedback and the like. I do consider myself still a part of this community. I know the social media world has taken over and probably took our attention away from here a bit, but we need now more than ever to stick together. Show the world why art should be valued and dont let it die. I notice a lot of the artists I do follow dont really post much either and I understand. We all have lives and hard circumstances come up sometimes. Like with me, I havent had a good job in three years. I've been doing side businesses, hair, sales, art and music on the side, but on the side of what? Nothing. The side jobs became my main thing and so its been hard to have fun and time to get into putting out art fast. I also see that the more I draw, the better I get and it takes more time for me to complete a drawing. Its my own fault that I tackle large portraits but I will try to come up with smaller drawings so they get here faster. I hope you guys can inhabit my page again and lets interact!
